Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that are defective. You only request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
If pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the item to our address mentioned below.
In certain cases, return/exchange charges may be applicable depending on the nature of the issue.

 

📦Important Notes for Return Eligibility

The product must be unused and unwashed due to hygiene reasons.
It should be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.
Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation through the website is no longer possible.
